🔁 Returns Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The item was damaged during delivery

• The item has a manufacturing defect

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Natural variations in color, texture, or finish are part of handmade products and are not considered defects.

 

🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are offered only for damaged or defective items, subject to product availability.

• If approved, we will arrange a replacement or suitable alternative.

• If the same product is unavailable, a replacement of equal value or store credit may be offered.

We do not accept exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference or expectation differences
